Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled delivery date may be eligible
for a 50% refund, as materials and preparation may already be underway.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled delivery date are
non-refundable. However, we will gladly attempt to reschedule your order if our calendar
allows.
Custom and personalized orders (including special colors, designs, or sourced materials)
are non-refundable once production or sourcing has begun.
