Services
LVG Lifestyle provides balloon décor services, including helium balloon bouquets and balloon
garlands, delivered to clients in Las Cruces, New Mexico and surrounding areas.
Orders & Payments
• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
• Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling requests are governed by LVG Lifestyle’s Refund
& Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
By placing an order with LVG Lifestyle, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in
the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delivery & Setup
• Delivery details and time windows are agreed upon in advance. Please ensure clear access
to the delivery location.
• All balloon arrangements are delivered fully assembled and ready to enjoy.
• Once delivery is completed, balloon décor becomes the responsibility of the client.
Balloon Care & Limitations
• Balloons are decorative items and are sensitive to heat, sharp objects, weather conditions,
and excessive handling.
• LVG Lifestyle is not responsible for balloons that pop, deflate, or become damaged after
delivery.
Liability
• Balloons are decorative only and are not toys. Children should be supervised at all times.
• LVG Lifestyle is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or allergic reactions related to balloon
décor after delivery.
Website & Promotions
• Promotional offers or discount codes are valid only as stated and cannot be combined
unless otherwise specified.
• LVG Lifestyle reserves the right to modify pricing, promotions, or these Terms & Conditions
at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United
States.
